Christie writes and presents an episode of ‘Something Understood’, titled Side Effects, about the sometimes- surprising aftermath of traumatic events in everyday life.  Broadcast at 6:30 am and 11:30 pm, Sunday, 24 July, 2011. DEEP WATERS

Another performance of this comic, undersea opera with cast of singing fish.  Inspired by Shakespeare’s The Tempest, and tackling the issue of over-fishing, it was written with composer Cecilia McDowall for W11 Opera’s Millennium production.  Produced in two different venues by ‘Music on the Shannon’ and directed by singer/director Airlie Scott.
